Abstract

Máquina y procedimiento para la preparación en el lugar de consumición, de dosis unitarias de bebidas, caracterizado porque estas bebidas son elaboradas en cubiletes, a partir de envases-dosis, conteniendo un producto líquido o pastoso, concentrado o no, constituidos por un envase flexible, comprendiendo al menos un cebador del canal de deslizamiento para facilitar la evacuación del producto , este procedimiento consiste sucesivamente en mantener el envase-dosis por encima del cubilete, en el interior de una cámara, provista de medios de prensado que actúan sobre sus dos superficies, en seccionar el envase-dosis, después de comprimirle lateralmente por acción de los medios de prensado hasta la expulsión total de la dosis y, finalmente, en evacuarle vacio de la cámara de prensado, con su zona de salida, y más particularmente, su cebador de canal girado hacia abajo; porque la zona del cebador del canal de salida está sujeta entre los medios de cierre, durante la operación de corte bajo la zona sujeta, después de que esta zona se relaja para permitir la evacuación de producto bajo la acción de prensado.
