Abstract

El lavado de sales, subproducto de procesos en los que se genera dióxido de cloro, se lleva a cabo en una operación de lavado-decantación en varias etapas. También se discute el proceso de metátesis de ciertos subproductos. La operación se lleva a cabo, preferiblemente, por vertido de una papilla acuosa de dichos sólidos en la cabeza de una serie de alimentación superpuesta al compartimiento inferior, siendo alimentado el líquido sobrenadante de cada comparatimiento al compartimento inmediato superior. La presente invención se refiere a la producción de dióxido de cloro.
