Abstract

Sistema mecánico de distribución de hilo en el atado de pacas en máquinas roto empacadoras, caracterizado porque en su soporte susceptible de ser montado en la parte delantera de la máquina empacadora, se sitúa una polea debidamente conducida a través de un acoplamiento adecuado al sistema motriz de dicha máquina, la citada polea dispone de un pivote excéntrico en el que se articula por medio de una corredera el tubo-guía del hilo de atado, de modo que éste tenga un movimiento automático oscilante de vaivén para suministrar el hilo de atado durante la rotación de la paca, obteniéndose en función de las diversas variaciones de desplazamiento oscilante, una mayor densidad de espiras en los extremos de la paca y una mayor separación de éstas en el centro.
