Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de un hilo con botones, donde se mezclan de 10 a 50% en peso de fibras acrílicas de dos componentes, con un componente hidrófilo y un componente menos hidrófilo, una densidad de 1,0 a 1,17, g/cm3 aproximadamente, una reversibilidad del rizo en equilibrio alrededor del 20% como mínimo y cortadas a una longitud de 0,25 a 1 pulgada (6,3 a 25,4 mm), con 50 a 90% en peso de fibras cortadas, durante la carda o antes de la misma y se procesan por procedimientos convencionales para formar un hilo hilado con botones.
