Abstract

Un procedimiento para calentar una hoja de vidrio que se desplaza sobre un transportador, el cual queda en contacto con una de las caras de la hoja, caracterizado porque se produce un diferencial de temperatura entre la superficie central y por lo menos una parte de la periferia de la hoja de vidrio , para causar una curvatura anti elástica de la hoja y porque la configuración anti elástica de la hoja se determina de modo que tal configuración anti elástica se establece con la hoja arqueada hacia fuera del transportador, transversalmente con respecto a la dirección de desplazamiento de la hoja y presentando ésta una curvatura inversa a lo largo de su dimensión longitudinal, de modo que los bordes anterior y posterior de la hoja se curvan haciafuera respecto al transportador.
