Abstract

Intercambiador térmico perfeccionado de superficie raspada, del tipo que comprende: (a) un tubo provisto de una pared cilíndrica interna, (b) un árbol concéntrico respecto a dicha pared y rotatorio alrededor de un eje central común al árbol y a la pared, para definir un espacio anular alargado que delimite un producto a procesar en el tubo entre el árbol y la pared, y (c) una serie de hojas raspadoras de un material que no raye dicha pared, articulándose cada una de tales hojas al árbol para un movimiento articulado alrededor de un eje paralelo a aquel alrededor del cual gira el árbol, encabezando un borde de cada hoja un plano definido por dichos ejes para raspar el producto de la pared mientras gira el árbol en un determinado sentido de rotación, caracterizado porque cada hoja se apoya sobre la pared en una superficie próxima al citado plano mientras gira el árbol, para centrar este último y facilitar su rotación, así como para mantener dicho borde en relación uniforme con la pared durante la rotación de aquel árbol.
