Abstract

1. Procedimiento para proteger las raíces de plantas en recipientes alveolares, en particular plantas de árboles forestales, caracterizado porque, según el mismo, las paredes, la superficie del fondo y el soporte de cada compartimentación del recipiente alveolar, deberá ser impugnado previamente a su utilización como tal portador de la planta con su tierra que cubre las raíces, con el 5:5'' -dicloro- 2:2'' -dihidroxidifenilmetano-, sus derivados o sus sales; siendo utilizada esta sustancia de impregnación en cantidades mínimas de 0,5 g/m2, preferentemente 0,70 g/m2, con lo que cesa temporalmente el efecto estimulante de los meristemos sobre el crecimiento del sistema radicular, en el logro de una óptima conservación de las raíces de las plantas durante su permanencia en los respectivos compartimentos del recipiente alveolar.
