Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los dispositivos para la cocción de productos alimenticios , especialmente pan, del tipo que comportan un horno de varias soleras superpuestas y , como mínimo, un carro con múltiples bandejas asimismo superpuestas, que cooperan con aquel horno, de modo que cada bandeja pueda penetrar en el referido horno inmediatamente por encima de la correspondiente solera, que se caracterizan esencialmente por el hecho de que en dicho dispositivo cada bandeja posee medios de enhornado automático que están constituídos, por una banda sin fin de tela montada sobre los rodillos extremos, presentando cada estante o piso del propio horno medios de blocaje de dicha banda situada sobre la bandeja correspondiente y aparatos para provocar el desenrollado de tal banda y la deposición del producto transportado por ella sobre la solera del horno en el momento de la maniobra de retracción del carro.
