Abstract

Metodo para la preparación de una goma de mascar que comprende un relleno líquido aromatizado encapsulado, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende: una primera fase en la que se obtiene un jarabe acuoso en caliente, con una multiplicidad de azúcares previamente elegidos para conseguir una solución acuosa al 75% de sólidos; una segunda fase, en la que se incorpora al citado jarabe, mantenido en reposo y llevado a temperatura ambiente, sorbitol líquido y una solución de un aroma, previamente elegido, en glicol polipropilenico en la proporción de 1:4 reanudandose después la agitación hasta obtener una solución homogénea estable; y finalmente, se encapsula en goma de mascar la composición líquida resultante del proceso antes seguido, que esencialmente contiene una solución acuosa con porciones sólidas disueltas, y sorbitol líquido en proporción del 8 al 13% y una solución del citado aroma previamente seleccionado en glicol propilenico en proporción del 2 al 5% en peso respecto a la composición que constituye el relleno líquido del producto.
