Abstract

Máquina de falsa torsión para hilos textiles, comprendiendo una fileta de bobinas para bobinas de alimentación, un primer tren de arrastre de extracción de un hilo de la fileta de bobinas, un segundo tren de arrastre de conducción del hilo a partir del primer tren de arrastre a través de una zona de tratamiento térmico que se halla por encima del primer tren de arrastre y a través de una zona de enfriamiento así como a través de un dispositivo de falsa torsión , así como un tercer tren de arrastre de conducción del hilo a partir del segundo tren de arrastre a través de una segunda zona de tratamiento térmico situada adyacente a la primera zona de tratamiento térmico y de entrega del hilo a un dispositivo bobinador, constituyendo las dos zonas de tratamiento térmico, los trenes de arrastre, al zona de enfriamiento y el dispositivo de falsa torsión un puesto de texturado, caracterizada porque los trenes de arrastre así como el dispositivo de falsa torsión y la zona de enfriamiento está contenidos en una sección de texturado, formando parte integrante de la máquina de falsa torsión y comprendiendo un lado de servicio y un lado posterior, porque las citadas zonas de tratamiento térmico están dispuestas directamente por encima de esta sección de texturado, porque la fileta de bobinas se halla en el lado posterior de dicha sección de texturado y el dispositivo bobinador está dispuesto con su lado de servicio, a una distancia determinadora de un pasillo de servicio, enfrentado al lado de servicio de la sección de texturado, y porque en la sección de texturado está dispuesto un dispositivo de transferencia de hilo mediante el cual el hilo procedente de la fileta de bobinas es conducido a la proximidad inmediata del primer tren de arrastre
