Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación del ácido 7-[D-alfa-amino- (4-hidroxifenil)-acetamido]-3-metil-3-cefem-4-carboxílico, particularmente de fórmula **(Fórmula 1)** caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar el anhídrido mixto de un ácido D-alfa-[(2-alcoxicarbonil-1-metil-venil)amino]-2- (4- trimetilsililoxi-fenil)-acético (IV) con el trimetil- sililéster del ácido 7-(n-trimetilsilil-amino)-desacetoxi- cefalosporánico (V), según el esquema: **(Fórmula 2)** donde R y R'', iguales o diferentes entre sí, representan residuos alquílico inferiores, preferentemente metilo o etilo, y porque el producto de reacción (VI), aislado como sal sódica, es finalmente sometido a hidrólisis ácida a fin de liberar la función anímica que la protege.
