Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de composiciones poliolefínicas, adecuadas para su conformado en películas termoaislantes, caracterizado porque en una primera etapa, se dispersa, en una cantidad adecuada de poliolefina, de 1 a 15% en peso, con preferencia de 3 a 10% en peso, de una mezcla de un sulfato básico metálico de fórmula empírica (SO4)4M6 III M6 I 12(OH) dónde M III es un metal trivalente y M I un metal monovalente pudiendo contener además alguna molécula de SO3 y H2O y un hidróxido de aluminio (OH)3 AL conocido normalmente como alúmina hidratada y representado normalmente como AL2O3.3H2O; y de 0,05 a 2% en peso, preferentemente de 0,1 a 0,6% en peso de un absorbedor de radiación ultravioleta , efectuándose la dispersión a una temperatura de 115 a 200ºC aproximadamente y durante un período de tiempo que oscila entre 3 y 10 minutos aproximadamente, y en una segunda etapa, la dispersión madre resultante, conteniendo de 50 a 60% en peso aproximadamente de dichas cargas minerales y absorbedoras de radiación ultravioleta, se mezcla con una cantidad adicional de poliolefina, de modo que la composición final contenga como mínimo un 80% en peso, con preferencia de 90 a 97% en peso, de dicha poliolefina
