Abstract

Dispositivo para la sincronización de los movimientos de la banda de cubierta y de fondo en el fabricación continua de bloquea rectangulares de material de espuma, con una banda de fondo movida por una cinta transportadora, para una mezcla de reacción de poliuretano espumable, con una banda de cubierta para la superficie de la espuma, que sube, con una instalación inversora para desprenderla banda de cubierta de la superficie del material de espuma aproximadamente en el lugar, en que está terminado el proceso de subida de espuma y con un rodillo inversor para la conducción ulterior de la banda de cubierta, caracterizado porque el rodillo inversor por medio de un mecanismo acoplado con la cinta transportadora, se impulsa con una velocidad periférica, que es síncrona respecto a la velocidad de transporte de la banda transportadora y porque por lo menos se ha hecho pasar una banda de cubierta entre el rodillo inversor y un rodillo, regulable en su altura, aplicado a presión contra el rodillo inversor.
