Abstract

1.- Procedimiento para preparar ácido ciclohexilcarboxilico y sus derivados, de fórmula: **(Formula)** en la que Z es un grupo hidroxilo, un grupo -0M donde M es un átomo de metal alcalino o una fracción equivalente de un metal alcalinotérreno, o un grupo amino tal como -NH2, y R es un radical -CH2X donde X es un halógeno tal como bromo; caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar di-(hidroximetil)ciclohexano con el hidrácido HX protegiendo temporalmente una de las funciones alcohol por formación del derivado acetilado correspondiente; se oxida a continuación la función alcohol restante en ácido; y eventualmente se hace sufrir el ácido obtenido una salificación o una amidificación.
