Abstract
Un método para preparar nuevas 2-arilamino- hexahidropirimidinas y 2-arilamino-imidazolidinas, o sales o complejos de las mismas, caracterizado porque se prepara un compuesto de la fórmula general: **(Fórmula-01)** en la que n es 0 ó 1, R1 y R2 son iguales o diferentes y representan átomos de hidrógeno, grupos alcohilo, alcohiloxi o alcohiltio que tienen de 4 a 12 átomos de carbono, grupos cicloalcohilo que tienen de 3 a 7 átomos de carbono, grupos benciloxi-, benciltio-, fenoxi- ó feniltio opcionalmente sustituidos con halógeno ó alcohilo de C1-C4, grupos fenialcohilo que tienen de 7 a 11 átomos de carbono, de los cuales el grupo fenilo está sustituido opcionalmente con halógeno, dialcohilamino, o con alcohilo, alcoxi o alcohiltio, los cuales grupos alcohilo, alcoxi o alcohiltio tienen de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono y están opcionalmente halogenados, grupos furialcohilo ó tienialcohilo de los cuales los grupos alcohilo tienen de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, grupos dialcohilamino de los cuales losgrupos alcohilo tienen cada uno de ellos de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, o grupos alcoxicarbonilo que tienen de 4 a 12 átomos de carbono, o en la cual R1 y R2 representan juntos un grupo trimetileno, tetrametileno ó butadienileno, con la condición de que R1 y R2 no son ambos átomos de hidrógeno, R3, R4, R7 y R8 son iguales o diferentes y representan átomos de hidrógeno o grupos alcohilo que tienen de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, y R5 y R6 son iguales o diferentes y representan átomos de hidrógeno ó grupos alcohilo que tienen de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, haciendo reaccionar un compuesto de la fórmula general **(Fórmula-02)** en la que R1 y R2 tienen los significados indicados anteriormente e Y y Z pueden ser ambos átomos de halógeno o grupos alcohiltio, o bien, cuando Y es un grupo amino, Z es un grupo alcoxi o grupo alcohiltio, con un compuesto de la fórmula general **(Fórmula-03)** en la que n, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 y R8 tienen los significados antes indicados, haciendo que se separen HY y HZ, después de lo cual se obtiene el compuesto final mediante una reacción de aislamiento.
