Abstract

Aparato para preparar una pasta conteniendo materia en forma de partículas , un aglomerante y fibras, caracterizado por un tambor giratorio (10) dotado de aspas internas (16) adaptadas para formar una cortina de partículas separadas de dicho material en forma de partículas que cae, un dispositivo (18,20) para introducir dicha materia en forma de partículas en dicho tambor (10) , un depósito (22) para contener un aglomerante líquido conteniendo hilos de fibras y un agitador asociado con dicho depósito para separar por lo menos algunos de dichos hilos en fibras individuales en dicho aglomerante líquido, un dispositivo de pulverización (30) que incluye un elemento tubular hueco (42) conectado con un aspa helicoidal cerrada hacia el interior (50) dispuesta en el interior de dicho tambor (10) y conectada con dicho depósito (2), una bomba (24) conectada entre dicho agirador y dicho dispositivo de pulverización (30) de modo que entre en contacto con dicha materia en forma de partículas, bajola forma de una corriente cónica destinada a dispersar las fibras.
