Abstract

Procedimiento para enriquecer y estabilizar globulina antihemofílica (factor VIII) mediante precipitación de la globulina antihemofílica a partir de un líquido que contiene esta globulina, caracterizado porque el líquido que contiene dicha globulina se mezcla, a una temperatura de -2ºC a 15ºC, con una cantidad tal de una solución acuosa de hidroxietil-almidón que la concentración de hidroxietil-almidón en la mezcla sea de 1 a 50% (peso/volumen), se deja reposar la mezcla durante al menos media hora a una temperatura de -2ºC a 15ºC, y se separa el precipitado.
