Abstract

1. Una segadora-acondicionadora para cortar y acondicionar material de cosecha, que tiene una pluralidad de cortadores dispuestos transversalmente respecto de la máquina con cuchillas, y una placa lateral vertical dispuesta longitudinalmente, adyacente en dirección hacia fuera con respecto al cortador exterior con una porción de borde delantero divisor de material de cosecha, teniendo la placa una porción de borde inferior que termina por debajo del nivel de las cuchillas para proporcionar un protector de seguridad para el cortador exterior, pero que termina pro encima del nivel del suelo de manera que se evite sustancialmente aplanar el material de cosecha, y extendiéndose dicha porción de borde delantero hacia arriba y hacia delante desde la porción de borde inferior.
