Abstract

Método y dispositivo para la termo conformación, mediante aspiración y taladro simultáneo, de artículos plásticos, del tipo que están dotados por lo menos de un orificio , en el cual una lámina de material termoplástico queda reblandecida por calentamiento y es obligada a adherirse contra un molde y, como mínimo, contra un punzón que sobresale del molde, por acción de una depresión generada entre la lámina mencionada y el molde, por medio de orificios de aspiración previstos en el propio molde, caracterizado porque la lámina reblandecida de material termoplástico antes de ser taladrada por el punzón es obligada a adherirse contra el molde en una zona anular en el entorno de la base del propio punzón.
