Abstract
Un método para la producción de enzima inmovilizada que comprende: (a) obtener una preparación enzimática que contiene polisacárido inhibidor de absorción; (b) separar dicho polisacárido de dicha preparación enzimática; y luego (c) poner en contacto la solución de enzima purificada resultante con un portador de adsorción para inmovilizar enzimas sobre el mismo.
