Abstract
Procedimiento e instalación para la regeneración y reactivación de cemento que se ha vuelto inactivo y que ,en su caso, está por lo menos parcialmente aglutinado, caracterizados porque el cemento que se ha vuelto inactivo es sometido, en el caso necesario después de ser realizado un desmenuzamiento previo a un tamaño de granulación de menos de 7 hasta 10 mms, dentro de un des integrador es decir, en un molino modificado de púas que tiene en dos muelas paralelas, que son accionadas en dirección mutuamente opuesta unas púas de percusión que están dispuestas de forma circular, así como en unos anillos concéntricos con un diámetro que aumenta de una forma alterna y dentro de un intervalo de tiempo de 0,01 hasta 0,001 segundos, a tras hasta 8 golpes o percusiones por cada grano , por lo que es desmenuzado el cemento en sendas partículas de la finura primitiva e incluso de más finura, de modo que las sendas partículas son libradas de las capas de superficies ya hidratadas que las envuelven y quelas hacen inactivas, con el fin de er de nuevo activadas por la liberación de las capas que no están hidratadas todavía.
