Abstract
Procedimiento de regulación del nivel del agua en las calderas o generadores de vapor en curso de funcionamiento y más particularmente durante la fase de arranque, en el cual se actúa sobre el caudal de admisión de agua de alimentación gracias a una señal de separación proporcional a la diferencia epsilón entre el nivel de agua real medido y un nivel de referencia, siendo el factor de proporcionalidad o ganancia una función lineal del nivel de potencia de la caldera o generador de vapor con relación a su potencia nominal, caracterizado por el hecho de que se modifica, para valores de epsilón comprendidos en un ámbito limitado que encuadra el valor cero, esta señal de separación lineal con relación al nivel de potencia, por una segunda señal función de la diferencia de nivel epsilón, conservando esta función de epsilón no lineal valores muy pequeños para los valores pequeños de epsilón y aumentando muy rápidamente para valores mayores de epsilón, con objeto de aumentar la ganancia total paralos bajos niveles de potencia y los grandes valores de epsilón en el interior del ámbito limitado, y porque se actúa sobre el caudal de admisión de agua de alimentación gracias a la señal resultante de la modificación de la señal lineal.
