Abstract

Un procedimiento para la obtención de triazolidin-3-onas o -tionas, de la fórmula-01: **(Fórmula-01)** en donde: R1 = H o R2; R2 = un alquilo de o cicloalquilo de C1-6; o R1 y R2 = junto con el anillo triazolidínico forman un grupo espiránico eventualmente sustituido con 1-3 grupos metílicos. R3 = un alquilo de C1-6; o fenilo eventualmente substituido con 1-3 halógenos, o con grupos alquílicos de C1-3, o NO2; X= O; S cuando X = O, R4 = H; alquilo de C1-6; fenilo eventualmente substituido por 1-3 halógenos, cuando X = S, R4 = alquilo de C1-6; fenilo eventualmente substituido por 1-3 halógenos, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una cetona R1-CO-R2 o un aldehido con una alquil- o aril-hidrazina para proporcionar la hidrazona y porque ésta se hace reaccionar luego con un iso(tio)cianato según la reacción de la fórmula-02: **(Fórmula-02)** donde R1, R2, R3, R4 y X tienen el significado expuesto antes.A procedure for obtaining triazolidin-3-ones or -thiones, of formula-01: **(Formula-01)** where: R1 = H or R2; R2 = a C1-6 alkyl or cycloalkyl; o R1 and R2 = together with the triazolidinic ring they form a spiranic group eventually substituted with 1-3 methyl groups. R3 = a C1-6 alkyl; or phenyl optionally substituted with 1-3 halogens, or with C1-3 alkyl groups, or NO2; X=O; S when X = O, R4 = H; C1-6 alkyl; phenyl optionally substituted by 1-3 halogens, when X = S, R4 = C1-6 alkyl; phenyl optionally substituted by 1-3 halogens, characterized in that a ketone R1-CO-R2 or an aldehyde is reacted with an alkyl- or aryl-hydrazine to provide the hydrazone and in that this is then reacted with an iso(thio)cyanate according to the reaction of formula-02: **(Formula-02)** where R1, R2, R3, R4 and X have the meaning set forth above.
