Abstract

Prensa para moldeado de materiales de consistencia pastosa, tal como pastillas de jabón, del tipo que comprende un plato vertical (11), provisto de semi-matrices (14) que gira conforme a un eje horizontal, paso a paso, para llevar una primera serie de semi-matrices (14), en conexión con una primera estación, en la que unos medios de comprensión (16) llevan bosquejados los materiales (17), contra una segunda serie de semi-matrices de una segunda estación, en la que las semi-matrices (19), modelan el material en colaboración con las semi-matrices (14), del plato (11), una tercera estación en la cual están previstos medios (25), para retirar el material modelado, caracterizada por el hecho de que en cada una de las semi- matrices (14), del plato (11), hay adyacentes unos asientos de paso (15), formados en el plato en los cuales es empujado el material pastoso (23), excedente durante la acción de los medios de compresión (16) del bosquejado 17, y de las semi- matrices móviles (19).
