Abstract
UN procedimiento para la preparación de un producto que contiene ortofosfato de amonio y está sustancialmente exento de poli fosfato de amonio a partir de amoníaco y ácido fosfórico, en el que el ácido fosfórico y el amoníaco gaseoso se ponen en contacto por medio de un dispositivo de pulverización en dos fases provisto de dos conducto coaxiales a través del conducto exterior de los cuales se hace pasar el amoníaco y a través del conducto interior de los cuales se hace pasar el ácido fosfórico, caracterizado por el hecho de que la velocidad de salida axial del ácido fosfórico procedente del mecanismo de pulverización en dos fases es de 1 a 10 m/seg. Y la velocidad de salida axial del amoníaco es de 200 a 1000 m/seg (T.P.N.) Y las dos corrientes se ponen en contacto entre sí y se mezcla a fondo en una zona de reacción cilíndrica que forma la prolongación del mecanismo de pulverización en dos fases y que tiene un diámetro de 2-4 veces el diámetro exterior de la corriente de amoníaco que abandona el dispositivo de pulverización en dos fases y una longitud de 10-25 veces dicho diámetro, desembocando la zona de reacción en un espacio de recogida.
