Abstract

Instalación de tratamiento en continuo de una materia fibrosa en virutas, que comprende dos tornillos paralelos de fileteados idénticos imbricados, arrastrados en rotación en el mismo sentido en el interior de un forro que los envuelve y en que los fileteados están constituidos por zonas sucesivas de pasos diferentes, que comprende, aguas abajo de un orificio de introducción de la materia en el forro, una zona de alimentación de paso directo para el arrastre de la materia hacia agua abajo, un primera zona de frenado de paso invertido de formación de un tapón continuo por acumulación de la materia, y al menos una zona de expansión de paso directo para el arrastre de la materia hacia aguas abajo, en la cual puede ser introducido un reactivo, seguida de una segunda zona de frenado, y de acumulación de paso invertido, incluyendo las zonas de frenado fileteados de paso invertidos provistos de ventanas para el paso, hacia aguas abajo, de la materia.
