Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación continua de mezclas de sustancias explosivas mediante mezclado de sus componentes en mezcladores de tornillos sin fin con una o varias aberturas de carga, que se caracteriza porque cantidades dosificadas de los componentes de la mezcla son introducidas en las zonas de entrada provistas con elementos helicoidales, que se encuentran debajo de la abertura de carga, y desde allí se continúan transportando al extremo de descarga a través de zonas de amasado, que están interrumpidas por zonas de transporte con elementos de tornillo sin fin, estando ajustadas de manera seleccionable en el orden de sucesión y en configuración zonas de transporte y de amasado y estando ajustadas además de tal manera que en estas zonas existe un gradiente de cizalladura comprendido entre 20/segundo y 1.500/segundo y la presión máxima no excede de 100 bares en la corriente másica.
