Abstract

Un método mejorado de ensamble de una amortiguador de choque hidráulico de doble tubo en el que, en el interior de un tubo de chapa cerrado por uno de sus extremos y abierto por el otro, es acoplado axialmente hasta el fondo un tubo interior que en el extremo coincidente con el extremo cerrado del otro tubo o tubo exterior tiene un cuerpo de válvula mientras que en su otro extremo hay un casquillo atravesado por el vástago de un pistón contenido en el tubo interior, siendo dicho casquillo insertado en el extremo abierto del tubo exterior, después de lo cual el borde de dicho extremo abierto es sometido a un rebordeado circular con el que se forma una brida radial anular de retención del casquillo, con una junta hermética interpuesta, caracterizado porque antes del rebordeado circular del borde libre (32) del tubo exterior (10) es colocado sobre el casquillo (20), con interposición de la junta toroidal (34), una arandela de retención (36) insertada con fuerza en el interior del borde libre (32) del tubo exterior (10) de modo que sobresalga una parte de este borde por fuera de la arandela (36), procediéndose entonces al ensayo sin haber hecho aún el rebordeado circular y, por último, si el resultado del ensayo es satisfactorio, efectuando el rebordeado circular de la parte que sobresale del borde libre (32), constituyéndose de ese modo la antes mencionada brida (32a) que queda aplicada fuertemente contra la arandela.
