Abstract
Procedimiento para lixiviar y precipitar metal de sólidos que contengan metales, para lo cual el sólido es triturado en etapas hasta alcanzar la finura de lixiviación, y el contenido de metal es puesto en solución por un proceso de lixiviación, solución de la que se hace precipitar el metal en forma de cementado, mediante intercambio de iones con un metal electroquímicamente menos doble, el denominado agente de cementación, y llevándose a cabo en cada caso al menos una parte del proceso de lixiviación y precipitación en un reactor oscilante, caracterizado porque al menos la etapa del proceso de trituración hasta la finura de lixiviación, así como la primera etapa del proceso de lixiviación, se llevan a cabo conjuntamente en un molino vibratorio que contiene al menos un elemento de molienda, agregando ácido concentrado, mientras que la segunda etapa del proceso de lixiviación se lleva a cabo en combinación con el proceso de cementación en un reactor oscilante, agregando agente de cementacióny agua.
