Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una película celulósica destinada al embalaje de quesos de comprexión blanda, caracterizado porque comprende las fases de: desarrollar una película celulósica enlucida o no, de permeabilidad al vapor de agua medida en las condiciones tropicales, superior o igual a 1.000 g/m2/24 h, imprimir en heliograbado un motivo; enlucir una sobrecapa de enlucido nitrocelulósico que contiene partículas de caseina o de almidón.
