Abstract

Procedimiento de pulpación alcalina tipo sosa para deslignificar un material lignocelulósico, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de deslignificar un material celulósico, en un recipiente de reacción cerrado, a una temperatura máxima de cocción de 130 - 200ºC, durante un periodo de 0,5 a 480 minutos; y añadir a la mezcla de pulpación un compuesto ceto cíclico para mejorar las velocidades y rendimiento de pulpación, y una amina primaria de bajo peso molecular, que es soluble en la mezcla de pulpación, en una cantidad que sea eficaz, en presencia del compuesto ceto cíclico, para reducir la cantidad de compuesto ceto cíclico requerido para proporcionar dicha velocidad y rendimiento mejorados de pulpación, o para mejorar las propiedades de resistencia física de la pulpa deslignificada a valores del tipo de la pulpa kraft, pero que sea ineficaz en ausencia del compuesto ceto cíclico para que afecte significativamente a la velocidad y rendimiento de pulpación o a las propiedades de resistencia física de la pulpa deslignificada.
