Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las carretillas para hornos de cocción rápida, en particular de productos de materiales cerámicos como baldosas y similares, del tipo que comprenden una base metálica, armada sobre cuatro ruedas, y delgados listones que sobresalen verticalmente de dicha base, caracterizados por el hecho de comprender: una pluralidad de dichos listones verticales apoyados con sus propias extremidades inferiores sobre puntos de dicha base determinando una ideal superficie inferior de apoyo (para los listones) en una zona de baja temperatura; dichos listones llevan extremidades superiores libres aptas para determinar una ideal superficie de carga (en particular para productos cerámicos como baldosas y similares) que reproduce exactamente dentro del horno en zona de alta temperatura, dicha ideal superficie inferior de apoyo; y estando dichos listones constituídos por delgadas barras de material refractario dotadas de buena resistencia a los shock térmicos; al menos un revestimiento de material térmicamente aislante de masa de bajo volumen y resistente a los shock térmicos dispuesto superiormente a la base para protección de ésta y de todos los órganos inferiores de la carretilla; medios de cierre lateral, asociados a los bordes laterales de dicho revestimiento, aptos para aislar del ambiente superior del horno la base y todos los órganos inferiores de la carretilla.
