Abstract

1. Un método de determinación de triglicéridos en fluídos biológicos mediante una reacción enzimática, donde se agrega un fluído biológico a un reactivo enzimático que comprende una lipasa; glicerol-deshidrogenasa (GDH), piridín-nucleótido (PN), un tampón, un compuesto de tetrazolio y diaforasa, con lo que los triglicéridos son enzimáticamente hidrolizados y el glicerol resultante es oxidado para formar un piridin- nucleótido (PN) reducido que reacciona con el compuesto de tetrazolio en presencia de la diaforasa para producir un formazano coloreado; que se mide a una longitud de onda que oscila entre 475 y 525 nm aproximadamente.
