Abstract

Procedimiento para revestir componentes eléctricos, especialmente condensadores eléctricos, mediante sinterización en leche fluidizado, en el que las partes metálicas de los componentes eléctricos se calientan mediante un campo de alta frecuencia, mientras los componentes se pasan, en un baño, por polvo de material sintético fluidizado, en el que una vez pasado el baño fluidizado se retira el material sintético adherido en forma suelta y en el que el material sintético adosado se alisa mediante otro proceso de fusión, caracterizado porque los alambres de conexión antes de entrar en el baño de lecho fluidizado, se dotan, al menos en su parte colindante al componente, de un revestimiento aislante térmico y que no se calienta en el campo de alta frecuencia, y porque éste revestimiento una vez pasado el baño de lecho fluidizado se retira de nuevo por lo menos de la zona directamente colindante al componente.
