Abstract
1. Perfeccionamientos en un método para la producción de negro de humo de horno, del tipo que comprende la introducción de un material de alimentación hidrocarburo, combustible hidrocarburo y aire de combustión en un reactor, la descomposición térmica del material de alimentación por el calor de combustión del combustible para formar partículas de negro de humo, el templado del producto de dicha descomposición térmica y la separación de las partículas de negro de humo del producto enfriado, cuyos perfeccionamientos comprenden el templado de la mezcla de reacción a una temperatura de 700 a 900ºC aproximadamente, y preferiblemente de unos 850ºC, por medio de una pulverización de agua, el precalentamiento del aire de combustión a una temperatura de 650 a 750ºC aproximadamente, y preferiblemente de unos 700ºC, mediante cambio de calor indirecto con la mezcla reactiva, y el incremento simultáneo de la cantidad de material de alimentación introducida en el reactor a más de la cantidad del mismousada en un método convencional sin dicho precalentamiento, para incrementar la producción de negro de humo de calidad sustancialmente equivalente a la de un producto convencional.
