Abstract

Una máquina cardadora que comprende un cilindro tomador, un cilindro principal y un cilindro mudador soportados por un bastidor, siendo el bastidor de construcción de chapa de acero y teniendo dos miembros de costado de bastidor, caracterizada porque cada miembro de costado de batidor tiene una superficie sustancialmente plana que mira hacia dentro y una superior para sostener a, por lo menos, uno de los cilindro, y dos miembros transversales de sección transversal hueca que cada uno interconecta a los miembros de costado de bastidor y soldado a ellos a lo largo de los bordes del mismo, los cuales apoyan a tope con la superficie plana del respectivo miembro de costado.
