Abstract

El invento consiste en un mecanismo de seguridad para un arma de fuego, cuyo mecanismo incluye un martillo pivotante cargado por resorte que tiene una superficie de muesca para fiador de percutor susceptible de aplicación con un fiador de percutor cargado por resorte para mantener el martillo en una posición montada. El martillo incluye además una superficie de muesca de seguridad que coopera con un yunque de martillo movible a pivotamiento. El yunque de martillo es movido imperativamente entre posiciones activa e inactiva con relación a la superficie de muesca de seguridad del martillo mediante una leva de seguridad. Esta leva de seguridad incluye además unos medios que se aplican al fiador y mueven el fiador fuera de aplicación con el martillo al ser desplazado el yunque del martillo a su posición de bloqueo, liberando con ello el martillo del fiador y permitiendo que el mismo caiga sobre el yunque del martillo, el cual lo sujeta después en una posición de seguro separado del percutor.
