Abstract
Dispositivo para la soldadura de tramos de tubo y la subsiguiente aplicación por soldadura en forma de espiras helicoidales de una banda semiperfilada sobre los tramos de tubo, que consta, por un lado, de una disposición de caballete de rodillos, sobre cuyos rodillos propulsables por lo menos parcialmente mediante un sistema de propulsión de rodillos, se pueden apoyar a tope los tramos de tubo y se pueden hacer girar alrededor de su eje longitudinal, y de un carro de soldadura desplazable mediante un sistema de propulsión de desplazamiento a lo largo de los tramos de tubo apoyados, con un útil soldador para la soldadura de los extremos a tope de los tramos de tubo y por otro lado, de otros útiles soldadores para soldar simultáneamente con los tramos de tubo a los extremos de alas libres de la banda semiperfilada aportada tangencialmente a los tramos de tubo así como colocada sobre dichos tramos de tubo, caracterizado porque también los otros útiles soldadores están dispuestos junto al carro de soldadura, porque el carro de soldadura está equipado además con una disposición de aportación propulsable mediante un sistema de propulsión de aportación, que aporta la banda semiperfilada a los tramos de tubo con una curvatura longitudinal adaptada al diámetro de los tramos de tubo, y porque el sistema de propulsión de rodillos 14, el sistema de propulsión de desplazamiento y el sistema de propulsión de aportación están conectados a una disposición de control sincronizador que sincroniza entre sí la rotación de los tramos de tubo, el desplazamiento del carro de soldadura así como la aportación de la banda semiperfilada.
