Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un preparado de enzimas inmovilizadas en donde las moléculas de por lo menos una enzima se adhieren a grupos amínicos sobre la superficie de material de soporte en partículas, comprendiendo el material de soporte partículas que tienen grupos amínicos en sus superficies; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: (1) producir una dispersión de partículas que tienen grupos amínicos en sus superficies mediante un proceso de preparación de dispersiones para la preparación de una dispersión estable en un hidrocarburo líquido, por polimerización en dicho hidrocarburo líquido de uno o más reactivos formadores de poliamidas; siendo por lo menos uno de dichos reactivos insoluble en el hidrocarburo líquido a la temperatura de polimerización, y constando el proceso de preparación de dispersiones de los siguientes pasos: A. Llevar dicho(s) reactivo(s) insoluble(s) a un estado de sispresión estable de partículas finamente divididas en el hidrocarburo líquido con ayuda de un medio dispersante soluble en el hidrocarburo y que incorpora en la molécula (a) un componente polimérico que es solvatizable por el hidrocarburo y (b) un agrupamiento que es capaz de asociarse con las partículas del (de los) reactante(s) insoluble(s), y B. Calentar la dispersión de reactivo(s) insoluble(s), junto con cualquiera otros reactivos solubles en el hidrocarburo líquido que sean necesarios, a la temperatura de polimerización en presencia de un medio estabilizador de polímeros solubles en el hidrocarburo y que incorpore en la molécula (i) un componente polimérico solvatizable por el hidrocarburo y (ii) un agrupamiento capaz de asociarse con las partículas de la poliamida resultante a medida que se forma ese polímero; (2) separar las partículas de la dispersión; y (3) poner en contacto las partículas con una enzima, por lo menos, por el tiempo y bajo las condiciones necesarias para que las moléculas de la enzima se adhieran a grupos amínicos sobre las superficiesde las partículas.
