Abstract
Un aparato y su correspondiente procedimiento para producir fotoexcitación cuyo aparato se caracteriza porque comprende: -medios para generar un ambiente de partículas que tiene partículas de múltiples tipos de isótopos que absorben radiación a frecuencias que varían entre los tipos de isótopos en un valor definido por el desplazamiento isotópico y en el que las partículas de un tipo de isótopo seleccionado presentan una estructura lineal de líneas de absorción distribuidas alrededor de una frecuencia de línea de absorción central para el tipo de isótopo seleccionado; -medios para producir una pluralidad de fases energéticas isotópicamente selectivas en las partículas del tipo de isótopo seleccionado, estando sustancialmente en tándem dicha pluralidad de fases energéticas desde un nivel de energía a otro; incluyendo dichos medios para producir una pluralidad de fases energéticas medios para aplicar radiación electromagnética que tiene energías fotónicas sumadas que, en un intervalo de tiempo predeterminado, facilitan resonancia exacta con una porción sustancial de la estructura lineal de la pluralidad de fases energéticas en conjunto.
