Abstract
Una disposición para la alimentación de corriente de un circuito lógico alimentados por inyector, caracterizada porque por lo menos una parte de las corrientes de colector de al menos un inversor se compara con una corriente de referencia y la corriente de inyector es controlada por medio de la diferencia de modo que se cancele dicha diferencia.
