Abstract

Los nuevos derivados de 1,4-dihidropiridina sila-sustituidos se pueden transformar en forma conocida en las formulaciones usuales tales como tabletas, cápsulas, grageas, píldoras, granulados, aerosoles, jarabes, emulsiones, suspensiones o soluciones empleando excipientes o disolventes inertes, no tóxicos, farmacéuticamente adecuados. Aquí deberá encontrarse el compuesto terapéuticamente activo, en cada caso presente en una concentración de aproximadamente de unos 0,5 hasta 90% en peso de la mezcla total, es decir, en cantidades que sean suficientes para alcanzar el margen de dosificación indicado. Las formulaciones se preparan, por ejemplo, mediante alargamiento de las sustancias activas con disolventes y/o excipientes, en caso dado empleando emulsionantes y/o agentes de dispersión donde, por ejemplo, en el caso de emplear agua como diluyente se pueden emplear en caso dado disolventes orgánicos como disolventes auxiliares.
