Abstract

Procedimiento para dividir un efluente productos de reacción hidrocarbonoso en fase mixta, (1) resultando dicho efluente producto de la conversión de un material de carga de hidrocarburo que hierve por encima de una temperatura de 204, 4ºC, y (2) conteniendo hidrógeno a recircular a la zona de conversión, hidrocarburos normalmente líquidos e hidrocarburos normalmente vapor, el cual procedimiento de separación comprende las etapas en secuencia de: (1) dividir dicho efluente producto, en una primera zona de separación a sustancialmente la misma presión que dicho efluente, para proporcionar (i) una primera fase líquida, y (ii) una primera fase vapor; (b) enfriar dicha primera fase vapor hasta una temperatura comprendida entre 10ºC y 65,6ºC, y dividir la fase vapor enfriada, en una segunda zona de separación a sustancialmente la misma presión que dicha primera zona de separación, proporcionando (i) una segunda fase vapor rica en hidrógeno, y (ii) una segunda fase líquida que contiene metano; ©aumentar la temperatura de dicha segunda fase líquida, y dividir la fase líquida calentada, en una tercera zona de separación a una presión sustancialmente reducida, eligiéndose dichas temperatura y presión para proporcionar (i) una tercera fase líquida, y (ii) una tercera fase vapor que contiene al menos aproximadamente 70,0% del metano de dicha segunda fase líquida; y (d) mezclar al menos una porción de dicha tercera fase líquida con dicha primera fase vapor.
