Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de polifosfato amónico, a partir de amoniaco y ácido fosfórico, comprendiendo las etapas de hacer reaccionar el amoniaco y el ácido fosfórico en una cámara de reacción y de descargar el producto obtenido de dicha cámara de reacción, caracterizado porque se introduce el ácido fosfórico pulverizado en el amoniaco de alimentación o bien separadamente en la zona de reacción, se hace reaccionar el ácido fosfórico con el amoniaco en la zona de reacción bajo expansión a través de un estrangulamiento, preferiblemente dispuesto en una de las paredes de la zona de reacción, en la parte opuesta a los puntos de alimentación del ácido fosfórico y del amoniaco.
