Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las máquinas de moldeo por inyección, caracterizados porque la máquina comprende: (a) una base; (b) un órgano rotativo de soporte soportado en dicha base; © una pluralidad de moldes soportados en dicho órgano de soporte y dispuestos a lo largo de su periferia, extendiéndose dichos moldes circunferencialmente respecto a dicho órgano de soporte de modo que se ajusten uno junto al otro para proporcionar un conjunto sin fin de moldes un par de órganos primero y segundo de molde que proporcionan conjuntamente una cavidad de molde entre ellos, estando dicho primer órgano de molde fijado a dicho órgano de soporte y estando dicho segundo órgano de molde montado pivotantemente en dicho primer órgano de molde; (d) una pluralidad de accionadores motorizados llevados en dicho órgano de soporte y accionable cada uno en dicho segundo órgano de molde de un molde determinado de dichos moldes para abrir y para cerrar dicho molde determinado y para mantenerlo en su posición abierta y cerrada; (e) una unidad de inyección que tiene una tobera de descarga desde la cual debe descargarse material de moldeo, siendo dicha tobera de descarga móvil con respecto al trayecto de desplazamiento de dichos moldes; y (f) un órgano de canal de colada dispuesto entre dicha tobera de descarga de dicha unidad de inyección y dicho conjunto de moldes para conducir el material de moldeo desde dicha tobera de descarga hacia el interior de dichos moldes, uno después del otro.
