Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en arcas exhibidoras para artículos enfriados o congelados que tiene un canal de aire para hacer circular aire alrededor de los productos almacenados y sobre los productos en la parte superior abierta del arca y con ventiladores y elementos de enfriamiento en el canal, teniendo el arca medios para invertir el sentido del flujo de aire y medios para impulsar a través del canal una mayor cantidad de aire, por unidad de tiempo durante la descongelación que durante el enfriamiento, caracterizada porque está previsto un canal de desviación a lo largo de un lado del arca a cierta distancia sobre la abertura del canal de circulación para el aire de salida en la descongelación, en cuyo canal el aire expulsado es dirigido en el sentido de alejarse del arca y es apartado hacia una dirección que se desvía más de 90º respecto del plano horizontal en la parte superior abierta del arca, en el que el aire fluye sobre los productos durante el enfriamiento.
