Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los aparatos para controlar refinadoras de papel con un control de carga para procesar materia prima de papel que incluye un motor que impulsa dicha refinadora, caracterizados por comprender un transmisor de consistencia que tiene una capacidad de señal de salida predeterminada para medir la consistencia de la materia prima de papel en la refinadora y producir una señal analógica, un transistor de flujo para medir el flujo de materia prima de papel a través de dicha refinadora, un primer conversor de señal que recibe la salida de dicho transistor de consistencia y la convierte en una señal indicativa del porcentaje de gama completa de dicho transistor de consistencia, un primer multiplicador que recibe la salida de dicho primer conversor de señal y que lo multiplica por una primera constante P1 que se determina por en valor de señal para el transistor de consistencia particular, un segundo conversor de señal conectando a dicho transmisor de flujo y que la convierte enuna señal indicativa del porcentaje de capacidad completa de dicho transmisor de flujo, y un segundo multiplicador que recibe las salidas de dicho segundo conversor y dicha sumadora y las multiplica para obtener una señal indicativa de toneladas de material por día que fluyen a través de dicha refinadora.
