Abstract

Sistema para medición del consumo de combustibles en automóviles, caracterizado porque se constituye mediante la incorporación de un dispositivo sensor en el conducto de comunicación entre la bomba de combustible y el carburador del motor, siendo dicho dispositivo generador de impulsos eléctricos o electromagnéticos en función de la cantidad de combustible pasante, en tanto que dicho dispositivo se conexiona eléctricamente con oportunos medios receptores de los citados impulsos, situados en el cuadro de control del vehículo, los cuales medios engloban fundamentalmente mecanismos de señalización de distintas variables en función de los impulsos recibidos, tales como la indicación del consumo en cantidad por tiempo y del consumo total, así como el posible control regulable de consumo máximo en relación con algún dispositivo de alarma
