Abstract

Procedimiento y su correspondiente aparato para formar un revestimiento termoestable dentro de molde, sobre un substrato caliente de resina termoestable reforzada con fibra de vidrio curada, caracterizado dicho procedimiento porque comprende: a) colocar una resina no curada, contentiva de fibras de vidrio, dentro de una cavidad de molde caliente, estando formada la cavidad del molde por dos matrices o troqueles que presentan un borde de corte, b) cerrar el molde para formar y curar la resina contentiva de fibras de vidrio, utilizando el cronometrador de molde para regular el tiempo de curado, c) separar una de las matrices respecto a la resina curada que contiene las fibras de vidrio, al tiempo que se mantiene el molde en condición de cierre hermético en el borde de corte, d) inyectar un revestimiento de resina termoestable dentro del molde, por el espacio existente entre una de las matrices del molde y la resina curada que contiene las fibras de vidrio, e) unir las matrices para extender el revestimiento por encima de la resina curada contentiva de las fibras de vidrio y para someter a curado el revestimiento de resina dentro del molde caracterizado el procedimiento porque consiste en: f) inyectar la resina del interior del molde en una corriente que fluye paralela desde el inyector sobre la superficie del substrato. G) regular la colocación relativa de las matrices exclusivamente por medio del atacador o ariete del molde y h) regular la serie de operaciones de moldeo, con inclusión de la fase de inyección y de la fase de separación de matrices, utilizando el cronometrador de molde.
