Abstract

Procedimiento para el moldeado por inyección de materia plástica, de un receptáculo monolítico profundo estrecho y de poco espesor de pared, pudiendo este receptáculo ser uno al menos de los elementos constitutivos de una caja para el acondicionamiento de una bobina para película cinematográfica o para cinta magnética, y que presenta dos paredes superficiales solidarias de un reborde que comprende un canto superior, un canto inferior y un canto posterior o fondo y en el lado opuesto de este una abertura de acceso, comprendiendo el molde de este receptáculo, por una parte dos partes normalmente aplicadas una contra la otra siguiendo una superficie de junta sensiblemente paralela a las paredes superficiales anteriormente citadas, pero susceptibles de abrirse separándose una de la otra perpendicularmente a las mencionadas caras, y por otra parte, un núcleo móvil o cajón que se sitúa en la cavidad interna delimitada por estas partes, caracterizándose el procedimiento porque consiste, para reducir la extensión de flexión del núcleo móvil o cajón bajo el efecto de la presión de inyección, en mantener positivamente el extremo accionado de este cajón cogiéndolo entre las dos partes del molde y dentro de la cavidad propiamente dicha , aceptando reducir la extensión de las paredes superficiales del receptáculo en el lugar del núcleo y dotar así en estas unas muescas obturables ulteriormente mediante otros medios, tal como una tapa.
